yet I told my parents and my grandparents time ago we celebrated the new year by tossing the old window (plates, cups and various household goods), but now it 's the era of consumerism and competition over who makes the shot the bang more 'beautiful, more' noisy, spending hundreds of Euros for the risk of a limb amputee ... the loss of an eye ... to hurt others. and most 'tragic loss of life.
I do not think anyone should prefer to celebrate the new year as did my parents and I could spend on fireworks .......
a thought to the family of our fallen military in Afhganistan and a great hope to all others who risk their lives for peace.
